Everyone has a story, and I have one too. I believe our experiences shape how we feel, relate to others, and move through life. In therapy, I offer an open and supportive space to explore your story and understand what’s bringing you here.
About Me
Welcome!
I’m a clinical psychotherapist serving New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and families.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My style is warm, open, and honest, and I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll begin by talking about what’s bringing you to therapy now, then work together to understand what may be contributing to it and what could help you feel better. Therapy is collaborative, and we’ll shape our work around your needs and goals.
I use practical, research-supported approaches to help clients manage difficult emotions, change unhelpful patterns, face fears, and move toward what matters to them.
In family therapy, I draw on structural, strategic, and systemic approaches to explore relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and support positive change. I also offer SPACE, a parent-based program that helps caregivers support children and teens experiencing anxiety.
I earned my master’s degree with honors from New York University and have worked in hospital and private-practice settings. Please contact me for a consultation. We can talk about what’s going on and whether working together feels like a good fit.
Look forward to connecting!
Kim
